I grew up in a bilingual environment and I am very happy about it. I would love to help you learn another language - more specifically, THINK in another language so that it becomes a natural mental process. I use deductive and reasoning methods (imitating the natural process of language learning from when we were children and we first learned to speak). Unlike traditional methods, you will be learning the language at a much deeper and more natural level without technicality. I guarantee a painless learning experience ;) IMPORTANT SCHEDULING INFORMATION 1. I work in a hospital from Friday- Monday, so I will not be available during those days. If I accidentally accepted a class for those days, I apologize! I will change it. 2. I am more than happy to teach children, but please let me know in advance so I can prepare adequate lessons 3. I do teach people with disabilities, again, please let me know so my lessons can be tailored. 4. The more in detail your message requesting classes, the better content I can prepare for our initial class. If you don´t have time to send an initial message, no problem! It just helps a little extra if you can. 5. I have a rotating job at a mental health hospital, so my schedule changes unexpectedly and I am called in urgently on days I was not initially scheduled. Although I am working on getting that inconvenience solved, this can result in issues for me and my students. By April, this will no longer be an issue, but DURING February and March, I might have at least 1 or 2 unexpected class rescheduling. Thank you to all my patient students who understand this!! I am also very understanding of last minute changes. .............. Q/A Do you teach with a book? I make my own content, but if you have a preference, we can explore it. Do you accept children? As long as you tell me in advance, absolutely!! Will you accept a class booked less than 24 hours in advance? A lot of the time, yes. I need you to teach me at a time that is not in schedule. Message me and I will see what I can do. Do you prefer teaching English or Spanish? I learned English when I was five, and Spanish since I was a baby, but for some reason, I find English easier to explain! I do love teaching both though, but in all honesty, I would say I am one of the best English teachers, and an average Spanish teacher.
