My name is Paola Andrea Montalvan Osorio, I am 27 years old, I am a Lawyer Specializing in Administrative Law, I am currently studying for a nursing assistant technician; In turn, I relate to jobs in the education sector as a teacher in different areas, legal professionals and for young students and children in English, Spanish, literature (teaching to read and write, spelling rules and others), at your time I have also worked in education of the second language (English) for older adults since I am a pleasant person and with ease of speech. I have experience working with children of different ages and a long learning path yet to go. Given my specific training and professional experience, allowing me to continue growing professionally and personally. I work with students in a dynamic and active way, adaptation of exams and supervision of compliance with methodological adaptations. This type of student usually needs a lot of help in planning, developing executive functions and organizing time, as well as in developing self-esteem and autonomy at work. I consider myself a dynamic and responsible person who values teamwork and commitment to colleagues, families and students. On the other hand, I value language teaching and the use of new information technologies and active and innovative methodologies.
