About me

As a highly experienced online English tutor, I've spent over 11 years teaching students of all ages, including children. Along with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I have a deep passion for literature and languages. I love seeing my students progress and gain confidence in their ability to communicate in English. It's incredibly rewarding to be a part of their language-learning journey. My background in psychology has also been incredibly helpful in my teaching. It has given me a deeper understanding of how people learn and how to motivate them. This has helped me to create engaging and effective lessons for my students. I have always been interested in writing and literature. In fact, I was the editor-in-chief of my high school weekly, a journal that I co-founded with my literature professor. Since then, I have continued to write and publish articles, drafts, and even a novel entitled “Both of them”. This passion for literature has also helped me in my teaching, as I enjoy incorporating literature into my lessons and encouraging my students to read and write in English. Teaching English to small groups of children has been one of my favorite experiences. I am a patient person by nature and I find that I have a natural ability to connect with children and create a positive learning environment for them. In addition to my teaching experience, I have also worked as a translator, translating books from English, French, and Italian. This has given me a deep appreciation for languages and cultures, and I enjoy sharing this with my students. Outside of work, I have a variety of hobbies, including playing chess, basketball, hiking, and of course, reading. I believe that having interests outside of work is important for a well-rounded life and for maintaining a positive outlook. Lastly, I hold a TEFL certificate of 150 hours, which has helped me to further develop my teaching skills and techniques.
