About me

My name is Diomedes, I'm from Uruguay and I live in Madrid. I have studied Linguistics and Greek Classic Studies (degree in Montevideo, master and PhD in Paris) and I've been working for many years as a teacher of languages. I've worked with groups of adults, in high-schools, and, mainly, with individual lessons. In this platform I propose conversation and refresher courses for advanced Spanish learners from all around the world. I'm fluent in English, Italian (I have double nationality and I've lived in Rome), French (five years of Univesity studies in Paris), and Greek (many scholarships of modern Greek language in Greece). I also have knowledges of German and Portuguese. It will be a pleasure to have virtual lessons with pupils from all over the world who want to improve their English by developing conversation topics, enriching their vocabulary, exploring Hispanic culture and literature, and refreshing in depth grammatical aspects. My familiarity with many languages helps me to find the best way to explain to each student. I hope you feel like giving it a try! See you soon!

Tomo clases de francés y de italiano con Diomedes. Yo tenía conocimientos de italiano gracias a mi afición por la ópera, pero quería ser capaz de hablar la lengua.
