In terms of my experience with children, I have been a babysitter in Spain and in the United States, so I understand kids quite well in both languages.
I consider myself a patient, understanding and friendly person: qualities that I believe are necessary to work with students of all ages. I think that the best way for a student to improve, especially children, is to involve them in their learning by using attractive methods and avoiding those that are mechanical.
In terms of English classes, my methodology is mainly based on developing the student's abilities to communicate. Depending on what they need English for, classes will be oriented in one way or another. However, the key to my classes is dynamic conversational interaction. In addition, I teach classes to develop the student's writing and listening skills.
Online classes can be express or one hour.
-Express online classes: 30 minutes. 10-15 minutes talking about the assigned homework and the rest of the time talking about the topic of the day. I usually teach classes every day or regularly to create consistency and progress, even if the classes are enjoyable. With 30 minutes a day speaking English, together with the homework pack that I send each class, your English will improve!!
-Face to face classes last at least 1 hour.
-Online classes of 1 hour: 45 minutes focusing on a topic or grammar to reinforce. 15 minutes to correct and send homework.
