My name is Mukhtar and I am an Adult educator and IT Project manager by profession. I love spending time in nature and practicing yoga. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen with fermented foods and growing my own food. I also enjoy researching various topics including, regenerative agriculture, neurological and physiological development, technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital security. I really enjoy writing about and discussing these topics, I also engage in securities trading as I find financial markets fascinating. I have a TEFL 120 hour qualification and a 40-hour TEYL. I have been teaching English online for 2 years. I have also engaged in adult ITC (information and communications technology) education for 12 years, both as an instructor and a facilitator. I believe everyone is a genius and capable of greatness if they are given the right opportunity and learning environment to explore and nurture their skills. Learners need to be supported and guided but they need to have the ability to explore, make mistakes and correct themselves first and foremost.
