Hi, there! I'm Marianella, but you can call me Mari. A brief introduction 👩🏻: I'm a Spanish native speaker from LATAM and I'm finishing my studies as a Sworn Translator of EN-ES. Apart from providing linguistic services such as translation, proofreading, bilingual revision, post editing and subtitling, I've been tutoring students who needed to sharpen their language skills for the last two years. During the first half of 2022, I've been teaching Business English for Spanish-speaking students who needed to learn English for a job opportunity abroad. During the last two years, I've found out that I'm also passionate about teaching Spanish at all levels for English-speaking students who need some guidance to learn this wonderful language. My main goal is to show students that learning a new language opens so many doors in the future. Since I've been (and I still am) a learner, I believe that, nowadays, students need an empathetic instructor who understands the student's needs and focuses on helping them overcome those linguistic barriers patiently. Speaking different languages is the most powerful knowledge that you can have. You won't learn just words by heart; you'll discover a whole new world.
