My name is Makananelo, and I am a dedicated and enthusiastic educator committed to helping students achieve their learning goals in English. I come from Lesotho, a small country located in Southern Africa. It would be my pleasure to meet you and assist you in exploring the English language in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I hold a bachelor's degree in education, majoring in English literature and African languages. I have also recently completed a Master of Arts degree in African Languages. During my master's degree, I learned a lot about different cultures, and religions and how to interact with them in and outside my continent. I am excited to learn about your culture and life experiences and share my experiences. I believe that we can develop a friendship beyond just a student-teacher relationship. I have over five years of teaching experience in a traditional classroom setting where I have come across diverse learning styles. I have learned to approach each student's unique style of learning. My classes are fun and engaging as I use a variety of teaching strategies, including personalized learning. This allows me to identify individual strengths and weaknesses and provide one-on-one support to students of all ages and learning styles. I also help local students in my community with their English and Sesotho homework. I like outdoor activities such as hiking and picnicking. I also enjoy traveling and meeting people from diverse backgrounds and different cultures. I look forward to meeting you as well.
