I am a qualified and certified English teacher and Leadership Coach. As my passion for teaching expanded over the years, I worked for two years as an English mentor, and I have 3 years of experience as an online teacher . In addition, I have three years of experience as a trained Leadership Development Facilitator. Facilitating is the practice of helping individuals or groups gain the knowledge and abilities necessary for leadership through an experiential process that always involves action. My passion for instructing, assisting, and mentoring others is very important to me. It has given me the ability to be a leader and greatly aided in my understanding of how individuals from various nations, backgrounds, and cultures can come together and learn to accept one another for who they are. I use articles, videos, exercises to teach in my class, we have conversations as well.
