Hello! My name is Isis. I am a TEFL certified English teacher from the United States. I have over 5 years of experience teaching in the United States and throughout Europe. My lessons mainly focus on Conversational American English to help build your fluency and speaking skills in a natural way. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced in English, all levels are welcome! In my lessons, we have casual discussions about culture and daily life, we read books and/or articles and we learn new words and idioms. All of my lessons help you develop and improve your listening, speaking, and reading skills. I always offer corrections along with explanations and alternative ways to express your ideas. In our first lesson you can expect a warm and friendly introduction, along with an initial assessment so that I can better understand your level and create a lesson plan tailored to your unique needs. My teaching style is collaborative, interactive and low-pressure. We learn in a supportive environment focused on positive reinforcement where you can feel free to make mistakes and grow from them.
