Hello, I am Gaurab and I have a PhD in Physics (University of Florida) and a BTech in electrical engineering (NIT, Rourkela). 1) As a teaching assistant in grad school I taught college level physics to undergraduate students for 4+ years. 2) During the same period, I also taught AP physics (both calculus based and algebra based) to high school students as an independent tutor. 3) I have been teaching physics and maths to 11/12th grade students for the last 4 years (CBSE and CHSE board). 4) For the past 4 years, I have also been helping student prepare for competitive exams like subject GRE, JEE and NEET. I can help you, 1) build a solid conceptual foundation by explaining difficult concepts with simple language and examples from everyday life. 2) get better at solving problems (breaking down a big problem into smaller bits + applying conceptual knowledge to solve the bits) 3) prepare for competitive exams like ACT, SAT, MCAT. 4) with your homework assignments. 5) see the connection between various topics and use the knowledge of one to gain understanding of another.
