Adept in following lesson plans and fostering a classroom environment conducive to learning also in using differentiated curriculum to address the various learning styles and needs of students, while ensuring information retainment. My classes are tailored to fit the needs of each student based on the students: desired outcome/language, goals/the current level of English proficiency and the students' availability.
