Hello, my name is César. My background is in business with 12 years as a professor. I have a master degree in business administration and a degree in economics. I have been distinguished six times because of my outstanding performance as professor during six different academic years by two different universities. I have also taught in an international college which is part of the International Baccalaureate Program in Peru, I was in charge of the course Business Management and it was taught in English. I am certified by the International Baccalaureate Organization, after finishing a workshop of 4 weeks, to be a Business Management teacher in any country around the world. Some topics of this course are: Business Management: Introduction to BM, Human resources management, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Business Management Tools. I can also be the advisor for the Internal Assessment of the course. These are some subject I have taught in the undergraduate level: Macroeconomics, Financial Math, Investment projects, Finance, Microeconomics, Markets Research, Marketing, Customer Behavior, Commercial Management, Business Plan, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Plan, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Some other subjects in the graduate level: Statistics, Customer Experience, Behavioral Economics, Business Model Canvas and Design Thinking.
