The things what is very important for me is to make sure each lesson is customized to the learner's interest and needs. I always discuss their aims and needs beforehand. My friendliness, patience, time management and organization skills will guide, encourage and motivate you every step of the way to do your best and be your best! So keep your worries aside and I will be ready to help. I will be helping you to correct your mistakes and be more confident. The other thing I always consider is to make sure the learner has enough chance to interact and speak and produce the language he or she has learnt. Making sure you have an understanding in a certain subject before moving onto another subject.
