Hello! I´m an English tutor at a state university in the North of Italy and a native English teacher with 12 years of experience teaching beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate and advanced students of all ages. I now specialise in helping young professionals achieve their goals to get a better job, prepare for a job interview or improve their English to be more successful in their career and in life. I've taught more than 2000 hours online over the past 4 years, from Infants to Advanced, and I've had a lot of training on how to teach English successfully online, to adapt the contents to the students' needs, so that they can take full advantage of this innovative way of learning. I've prepared students for the Cambridge (KEY, PET, FCE and CAE), Trinity, IELTS and Aptis exams and I have a hundred percent pass rate. I love creating good relationships with my students and my aim in teaching is to create a dynamic atmosphere in a learner focused class. My methodology is based on a structure that is adapted to your needs, in which 100% of the communication happens in English. Learning by having fun and using interesting material plays a fundamental role in stimulating your memory and engaging you better in the learning process: - Introduction of the object of study (the 1st part of the lesson introduces the language objective through examples on PowerPoint or in a video and short exercises); - Meaning and form: checking your understanding and correcting pronunciation; - Controlled Practice: Practice through interactive and fun exercises, to stimulate attention and curiosity; - Freer Practice, where you start using the language that you have just studied in life-like situations. In this phase of the lesson, you will be encouraged to speak and write in English to put the teachings into practice and remember them better; - Feedback, last chance to correct errors and answer any questions or doubts you may have.

Alice is a great teacher. Young and motivated. I made 10 lessons about the world of wine and she found a lot of interesting words to explain better this fantastic world. We made a lot exercises and now i feel more confident with the technician vocabulary.

I started English lessons with Alice in Nov 2021. I came to her intending to improve my English and the idea, in the future, of working in a fully English company. Since then we meet once a week, and she is giving me the tools that I needed to gain confidence and fluency. In the classes we talk about different topics (business, news, and more ), in my case, it is always focused on my professional side which is Product design, so in every class, I'm having the opportunity to practice topics related to my daily work. After five months of starting the lessons, I got a job in a fully English company. Alice was a huge support during the interview stages giving me plenty of pieces of advice for my presentations and being very quick to respond to all my doubts. I highly recommend Alice, she is a great teacher, you will learn a lot in a super-easy way.

Estoy muy contenta con Alice, es una profesora muy atenta y paciente. Las clases son muy dinámicas con power points y detecta tus dificultades y se centra en ellas para que las puedas mejorar, es una enseñanza muy personalizada y es justo lo que estaba buscando. Ademas de que te da técnicas de estudio y aprendizaje, además de muchos recursos. Las clases se pasan volando y son muy entretenidas.
