I'm V man，a Chinese native speaker living in Liaoning Province. I graduated from the Business Administration Department of Liaoning University in China. During my college days, I passed the CET-6, and also studied German for a period of time. This experience allows me to fully understand the difficulties and key points of learning a foreign language and helps Chinese learners carry out targeted intensive training to improve the effect of learning. I am a positive,optimistic and patient person.I enjoy the feeling of success after helping others, people around me consider me a trustworthy person. I am committed to self-improvement and continue to acquire knowledge about Chinese history, economy and traditional culture in spare time. Therefore, I am confident enough to fully exchange views and have deep communication with students on topics they care about.Meanwhile,I have also learned Chinese meticulous painting on my own, and I hope to be able to communicate and learn with interested friends in the future. As a male Chinese teacher, it is easier for me to establish an authoritative image. The advantages in logical thinking, stress resistance and emotional management will support me in adapting to new challenges quickly. In the first 5 years after graduation, my experience as a procurement specialist at a Siemens joint venture and as a course counsellor in childhood education has enabled me to use English confidently, understand the characteristics of early childhood education and promptly identify and properly resolve student-related problems. At present, I am engaged in professional conference organization and writing work. The professional abilities in communication and coordination for solving urgent issues, as well as in official document writing are my advantages。 After systematically studying Chinese language teaching knowledge, I have obtained the Certificate For Teachers of Chinese to speakers of Other Languages . My lesson has three characteristics.First,I focus on pronunciation standardization. At the very beginning, I emphasize students' understanding and mastery of the initials,finals and tones.Through short-term intensive training in class and long-term practice after class, I ensure the accuracy of pronunciation and reduce the phenomenon of accent.Second,I emphasize the practicality of the course. Different learning units are set up for business exchanges, travels and other situations to maximize the simulation, the targeted training will be carried out to improve students' ability to use Chinese in the shortest time. Third,I emphasize the cultivation of writing skills. I will provide professional writing guidance for exams, thesis writing and daily work communication, so that students can write materials with clear themes, standardized grammar and natural expressions.
