Soy un economista apasionado con más de tres años de experiencia impartiendo clases de Macroeconomía, en inglés y español, que busca no solo enseñar, sino inspirar. Estas experiencias han reforzado mi creencia en el poder transformador de la educación, no solo como un medio para el crecimiento académico, sino también personal y profesional.
Creo firmemente que aprender debe ser una experiencia dinámica y enriquecedora. Por ello, mi enfoque didáctico se centra en adaptarme a las necesidades individuales de cada estudiante, ofreciendo una metodología personalizada que no solo aborda los temas desde múltiples perspectivas, sino que también fomenta un entorno de aprendizaje interactivo y participativo. Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my post. My name is Elias, and I am an award-winning pianist and composer with a Doctorate degree in composition from the University of Toronto, and four commercially recorded albums of my own compositions. In recent years, I focused on composing for solo instruments, chamber ensembles, choirs, and orchestras. I have been playing piano since the age of five, and I cannot imagine my life without music. I would certainly love to share that knowledge with you.
I believe in adapting to each student's pace and preferences, but here are a few things that I share with all my piano students:
- Technique training through physical warm up exercises
- Proper physical movement on the piano
- Importance of having a sound theoretical knowledge
- Approaching challenging pieces by dividing it into small fragments and mastering it one
fragment at a time.
- Developing consistent and efficient practice routines
Most importantly, I find it very important to encourage each student to reach their maximum potential and will guide them through it every step of the way.
I work with students online and have had tremendous success doing it. Please know that it is never too late to start music lessons! I can help you whether you want to learn piano for fun or pass the RCM/ABRSM exams up to grade 10.
