Hello! I'm Shahzaib, a Computer Engineer with more than five years of experience as a Unity Game Developer. I have also given more than 140 hours of lessons. I started off as a Freelance Game Developer on Fiverr, worked at JB Technologies, Game Establishment and completed a host of contract based projects. Specialized with C# and C++. Less than an year ago, I started teaching on FindTutors and it's been a wonderful experience to interact with such curious minds.
I organize classes according to the needs of each student. I use presentation tools to teach the core concepts of the subject. For teaching syntax and giving hands-on experience I write code by sharing the screen with my students and involve them to flex their mind-muscles. ¡Hola! Soy Jorge, graduado en Matemáticas por la Universidad de Murcia. Tengo muchos años de experiencia impartiendo clases, tanto presenciales como online, a todos los niveles y a diversas ramas de conocimiento (física, economía, etc.).
Especialmente he impartido clases a bachiller y a niveles universitarios: ADE, Economía, Biotecnología, ingenierías, Grado en Matemáticas o Física, Ingeniería Informática, entre otros.
Las clases se organizarán según los requerimientos y necesidades del alumno (mayor enfoque teórico, o mejor ir a la práctica directamente; resolución de ejercicios, etc.). Si el alumno quiere, grabaré las clases y se las pasaré al acabar. También le mandaré en PDF lo que hayamos hecho en la pizarra durante la clase. I have taught students at a university level as a substitute professor for a senior level Electrical Engineering course. Additionally I spent several years providing programming "boot camps" for National Instruments certifications.
I encourage my students to reach out to me through shared spaces such as Discord or course messaging boards in order to promote student interactions. This method helps me learn how to effectively communicate at the level of my students via analogies, examples, demonstrations, and community interaction. I believe that teaching is the final step in fully understanding a subject, students are wonderful at finding a question I've never considered!
Typical course load consisted of weekly homework with one scheduled hour-long office hour per week to help with assignment questions. I am currently very flexible with scheduling times, please feel free to contact me for any mathematics needs!
I can teach all levels of mathematics through 2nd year calculus (typically 200-300 level courses) and I can provide help for many engineering classes in Materials, Electrical, and Computer engineering.
