Matemáticas es una materia que presenta grandes dificultades en muchos estudiantes en parte por una guía inadecuada en los primeros años de la escuela.
Estoy convencida de que con una guía adecuada cualquier alumno puede llegar a tener una buena preparación en matemáticas en cualquier nivel educativo.
Yo trabajo invitando al alumno a que entienda desde sus conocimientos previos, observando , generando patrones y estrategias de solución, de tal forma que pueda inventar sus propias estrategias en la solución de problemas matemáticos.
Ya que he logrado que el alumno logre entender el tema en cuestión ahora lo que hacemos es ejercitarnos en esa nueva habilidad de tal forma que el alumno vaya poco a poco sintiéndose confiado en esa parte que antes le era difícil y ajena.
Además, me gusta mucho que encuentre aplicaciones en los temas de matemáticas que está viendo, de tal forma que le sea más facil recordar o relacionar lo nuevo con su vida cotidiana.
Tengo experiencia y preparación para trabajar con alumnos de secundaria, bachillerato, y universidad en todas las materias que involucran sea aritmética, álgebra, geometría, geometría analítica, probabilidad, estadística, cálculo diferencial, cálculo integral, ecuaciones diferenciales, cálculo vectorial, así como aplicaciones a los negocios de métodos cuantitativos.
Mi forma de trabajo es impartiendo clases en línea, generalmente en bloques de 1.5 horas, ya que he observado que es el tiempo óptimo en donde el alumno está atento y aprovecha mejor el trabajo.
Yo preparo mis propios materiales que servirán de apoyo para la clase que están generados a partir de textos y materiales que yo investigo o genero.
Puedo trabajar tanto en la regularización de alumnos que presenten alguna dificultad en la materia de matemáticas como en la preparación de exámenes de admisión tipo PAA, EXANI I, EXANI II, EXANI III, SAT o cualquier examen que involucre tanto pensamiento matemático como razonamiento lógico.
