I have more than 4 years of teaching experience in the USA, UK and India in Math, Physics, Statistics and Computer Science (Python) from year 7 to the university level. Me presento como un profesor moderno e interesado en ayudarte a aprender y mejorar tus notas escolares. Mis objetivos son muy claros: hacer clases de refuerzo cortas y entretenidas. Mis horarios son flexibles y me puedo adaptar a las necesidades del alumno con facilidad. Tengo experiencia con estudiantes de secundaria y bachillerato de mi antiguo instituto ya que fui voluntario en refuerzo de tareas relacionadas con la ciencia (química, física, matemáticas...) Después de terminar mi segundo año universitario en los Estados Unidos, busco encontrar mi vocación como maestro en la enseñanza. Di solito inizio con un ripasso di teoria per poi concentrarmi sugli esercizi in modo da consolidare le nozioni teoriche. Frequentemente utilizzo il tablet per far vedere al meglio quanto scrivo e poi poter lasciare al ragazzo ciò che ho spiegato/svolto.

Hi, guys I have been teaching since i was 19 (its been 15 years ) so I exactly know what difficulties most of you experience while doing Maths and Physics and I have my own specialized methods to deal with them. For example in Physics, most of the time its difficult to comprehend the concept because it defies commonsense so we need to analyze the concept while considering ourselves in space or sometime deep down the earth. In mathematics sometimes its difficult to comprehend , what examiner is asking or which steps and method/formula to follow in order to reach the answer , so we need to classify the problems into several stages and that will help you see through it .
I am very good in relating the book concept to the world beyond the book and classroom and that is the reason several of my students have scored world distinctions in IGCSE and A levels most of the students scores 8 or 9 in IGCSE and A+ in A levels and have secured admission in top Ivy leagues .
I help students find THEIR method to overcome the LIMITING beliefs that tend to block their ability to analyze and calculate. Instead of starting from theory, we start with step-by-step guided exercises to study the theory together in a different way.
I have training in the use of skills coaching techniques, alongside training in learning techniques in adults. Theory without practice is footless. Practice without theory is headless. This is the dilemma. There are people who easily move from theory to practice. All study methods address the theoretical part, and then do not guide the student to practical application. Theory and practice cannot be separated, but nothing prevents us from starting from practice to connect with theory. Especially for people who are more predisposed to practice rather than to a theoretical approach first and foremost where, more often than not, it is not at all clear WHERE YOU WANT TO ARRIVE.
Each of us is more INDUCTIVE or more DEDUCTIVE. And this must be taken into account by the tutor during the teaching phase to define a logical path that leads the student to understanding and autonomy. Ask yourself the right questions frequently....What am I doing? But what assumptions did I start from? where am I going with this? ...and above all...
I'm a current university student doing Physics at Warwick University. I studied Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at A-level, and achieved an A in all 3 subjects, I also achieved 9s in GCSE Maths and Physics. I have experience in mentoring secondary school students and helping them with questions in Maths club support sessions while I was in sixth form.
Lessons can be very flexible, either using questions/homework a student may be struggling on, or myself finding relevant content to what they're currently learning in school or college. Can also go through exam practice questions and/or techniques, particularly for GCSE and A-level students. My methods tend to consist of figuring out what a student already knows, or what they can deduce about the question, and then explaining to them the parts they don't understand or are struggling with, but I also personalise my explanations to what each individual best understands. I use diagrams and drawings where relevant, particularly in Physics, and help students find the easiest way to learn and use equations. On topics where students may be particularly struggling, I can discuss with them how I'd typically go about the question, and then give them a similar question to see if they can apply the same methods, helping them through it if needed.

I can also be flexible in prices, particularly for lower income students/families, and those who might not be able to afford the full price for other reasons. I also have mentoring experience, and am often a go-to point for family and friends to ask maths or physics questions. I've been said to be able to explain things in a relatively simple way, such that people can understand, and then apply it to another question, but without losing any of the important information needed :)
