Learning Arabic is really easy if you were taught in the right way, it is actually funny & engaging, some obstacles you may encounter like people not speaking the Fus-ha should not stop you from learning the Fus-ha, because the Fus-ha is the mother of all dialects, and many students achieved fluency in local dialects after learning the Fus-ha & not vice versa. Learning the MSA is the easiest way to learn Arabic and is the gate to learn the Classical Arabic or the local dialects.
