My previous work experience of 7 years in customer service management has honed my communication and interpersonal skills, which I believe are essential in building a positive and engaging learning environment. I have taught a wide variety of age groups, from children to adults, and have experience in teaching Grammar, Business English, TOEIC, OPIC, and TOEFL.
I vary the activities in my class. It includes conversation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and so on. I also adjust my lessons according to the student's needs and goals.
