Hi! I'm Hannah, an online tutor for English and History. I have a first class honours degree in History and Politics from the University of York. I have 5 years of tutoring experience, both through 1:1 classes and group classes. My age ranges from middle school (11-13) to high school and Sixth Form (13-18) for both History and English, as well as degree-level for History. I like to adapt my lessons to each student, understanding that everybody learns differently. However, a general structure would be a short and fun starter exercise to introduce the lesson and understand the students strengths and weaknesses, and then adapting the main exercise based on this introduction. This may range from interactive activities (like games and quizzes!) to more focused writing exercises split into joint and independent work. I am very happy to tailor this to student needs and wants!
