Ho avuto l'opportunità di insegnare per un anno in una scuola superiore, un’esperienza che mi ha permesso di crescere molto sia a livello personale che professionale. La mia filosofia di insegnamento si basa sull'empatia e sulla capacità di mettere a proprio agio gli studenti. Credo fermamente che un ambiente accogliente e comprensivo sia fondamentale per il processo di apprendimento. Mi piace spiegare i concetti partendo da una base semplice, per poi approfondire gradualmente gli argomenti, assicurandomi che ogni passaggio sia ben compreso prima di passare a quello successivo. Utilizzo molti esempi pratici per rendere i concetti più concreti e facilmente assimilabili. Inoltre, integro strumenti digitali nelle mie lezioni per renderle più interattive e coinvolgenti. Penso che la tecnologia, se usata correttamente, possa essere un potente alleato nell'educazione, aiutando a catturare l'attenzione degli studenti e a rendere le spiegazioni più dinamiche. La mia esperienza come ingegnere mi permette di portarvi non solo la teoria, ma anche la pratica del mondo reale. Posso condividere come i concetti che studiamo vengono applicati in situazioni reali, aiutando a capire l’importanza di ciò che si sta imparando.
