About me

I teach online conversation classes for students who have achieved at minimum an intermediate level of English, have a good grammatical level but now seek to build their confidence, fluency, pronunciation and natural expression though regular interaction with a native speaker. The classes are completely personalised and focused on each learner’s needs, and students are invited to bring to the conversations topics and materials of their interest or area of specialization.

Hi! My name is Sean Ashe, I’m 61 years old and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’m originally from London, England where I was born and went to school before going on to graduate with a BSc. in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester. My professional career was developed at American and British multinational companies in marketing and advertising while living in the UK, the Middle East and Latin America. That’s how I came to settle in Argentina and learned to master Spanish as a second language. About six years ago, I decided to dedicate myself to helping companies large and small, and individuals, to improve their English language communication needs. I really enjoy my work, getting to meet new people and coaching them to succeed with their language goals. My hobbies include traveling (I’ve visited every continent except Antarctica but it’s on my bucket list); reading; studying; economics and politics; listening to music; watching movies, rugby and football. I deliver online conversation classes for students with an intermediate level of English, who have already achieved a good grammatical level, but now need to build their confidence, fluency, pronunciation and natural expression though regular interaction with a native speaker. The classes are fun, dynamic and completely personalised and focused on each learner’s needs and students are invited to bring the conversation topics and materials that interest them to class.
