Hi, I am Leonardo Galeazzi, I am an opera singer, baritone, in career for over 20 years. I perform regularly in important theatres and festivals such as La Scala in Milan, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Petruzzelli in Bari, Verdi in Trieste, Regio in Turin, Festival of Taormina, Bayerische Staatsoper, Opéra de Lyon, Opéra de Strasbourg, Festival d'Aix en Provence, Teatro Real de Madrid; but also in Austria, Switzerland, Poland, China and Japan. I make my technical and interpretative knowledge available both to beginners who want to approach the world of Opera and to students who want to perfect themselves in view of competitions, auditions, with the aim of starting an artistic career. My motto is: who speaks well sings well. In fact, my method aims at finding the best resonance and projection of the voice according to the subjective body characteristics, through the development of conscious breathing, but above all by exploiting the intrinsic sound qualities of the Italian language, which the great poet Dante defined as "Là dove 'l si suona" (There where it sounds) precisely to underline its innate musicality. It is no coincidence that Italian is the language par excellence of opera in the world. I will be happy to pass all this on to you, with the same passion and enjoyment with which I learnt it from my teachers, my experiences and even from my mistakes.
