Welcome to my online yoga space.
I’m so glad to be your yoga instructor because during my more than eight years practicing and teaching yoga, I’ve seen many lives transformed (healthier bodies, living without bodily pains, calmer people) including mine:
I began to practice yoga because I was suffering from migraines and it was love at first sight. I became certified and started teaching Hatha yoga, then specialized in Vinyasa and spent several years teaching this style to young people. Years later, I specialized in therapeutic yoga because I began to teach people with special needs (those with hernias and discopathies, people dealing with weight issues or arthritis, pregnant women, and the elderly to name a few).
Another beautiful experience that I want to share with you is that because of my love for childhood, I teach yoga for children from 0 to 12 years old, a whole fun and wellness experience for the little ones!
As you can see, I’ve explored the yoga world for a very long time and in many different ways. I’ve taught at companies, homes, schools, kindergartens, parks, retirement homes, and even pools! I have become certified in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Anapana meditation, therapeutic yoga, and alternatives pedagogies.
Across this learning/teaching/exploring I’ve always kept the same essence: The purpose of Yoga is not so that you can suffer or feel pain, it is so that you may feel relief and inhabit your body in peace and harmony. So although I don’t yet know why you are searching for yoga in this moment of your life, you can be sure that after a conversation between us and with my experience, we’ll find the best way to tailor your yoga practice for you. I’ll be your best companion on that journey.
