Hi everyone! 😊 I'm really excited to welcome you to my online courses! Before we get started, I'd like to tell you a little more about me and how I work. My name is Yasmina (or Mina), I've been passionate about languages for years, and I'm here to share with you everything I've learned and discovered. What really motivates me is seeing my students progress and gain self-confidence. I know that everyone learns differently, and that's why I make a point of adapting to each individual, so that you can progress at your own pace, without pressure. What makes me different? I firmly believe that learning should always be fun. When it comes to my lessons, I favor an interactive approach: I encourage questions, discussions and even humor! I believe that each student has his or her own way of learning, and I strive to adapt my methods to meet each student's needs. My lessons are structured to combine theory and practice. We'll have videos, quizzes, group discussions and practical projects. Every other week, I'll offer additional resources to deepen your knowledge and help you better assimilate the content. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
