Methodology Student wants to learn or improve German 1) evaluate level of potential student to know where to start from using old official exams 2) mixed approach: using well approved material from top German editorial AND correcting students text in class with a very visual methodology and conversation part with engaging and motivating questions + short videos and questions + listenings audios and questions and reading text +question 3) The mistakes of e.g. writing are used for grammatical explanations and exercises (partly in class, part as homework)to beat the forgetting curve 4) As conversation is often top priority I put a big effort from the beginning into explaining and tirelessly repeating the pronunciation rules. I have access o a pronunciation database explaining for every sound the position of tongue and lip form and mouth opening and voice cord activity. 5) Clear-cut grammar explanation, but as a tool, not as an aim in itself. 6) Hints to interesting podcasts, videos, and easy reading books from level A1 onwards, including Duolingo, which i use myself to learn Italian for 800 days and language exchange possibilities accessible for you References: 2000 hours delivered online in 6 years (since 2016)/more than 1100 reviewed hours The explanation can be given in English, German , Spanish or intermediate Italian, preferring German to to help your learning process.(full immersion) Students need between 50 (extremely fast learner and very young ) and 220 classes to get to B1 (intermediate) level If you like to work more on your own and you are motivated I can support you as well as a language coach.I offer classes for absolute beginners of German as a native.
