Hi there! My name is Ruth and I want to teach you English online! I am from the United Kingdom, and have a teaching qualification. I also have 8 years of experience teaching English, to all ages from infants, primary-secondary-6th form, students, adults and all levels, from beginners through to proficiency levels. I have experience preparing stuents for the Official Cambridge exams all levels (from starters to C1 to C2). I also have experience giving classes in Business, Business English to all types of Business Professionals with different English levels. I am happy to teach all types of classes. They can be speaking focused, grammar focused, book focused or a variety of all of this. No entiendo cómo, si mi hija no ha recibido su 1ª clase, lo hace esta tarde, nos pida que valoremos la clase que hemos tenido, que en realidad ha sido una entrevista de 15-20 minutos. La impresión ha sido muy buena, por eso pongo 5 estrellas, pero aún no hemos comenzado las clases

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
