I‘be been taking yoga classes since 2012 and I have been trained in 2 different schools, I traveled to India during 2017 to enrich my practices. My students have improved their posture, physical affections and when they relax they focus more on their day to day with clarity. Yoga instructor, yoga therapy and Ayurveda. Sound massage with Tibetan bowls. Classes are developed in 3 parts: introspection and joint movement, sequences of postures and relaxation with Tibetan bowls. I work with small groups, to have full attention in my students.
