Notably, I played a pivotal role in the transformation of a small-scale call center in Iloilo, Philippines, into one of the city's largest operations. As head of multiple departments, I spearheaded key corporate initiatives, including training programs for managers and teams. My contributions extended to the development and implementation of essential corporate processes that continue to underpin the center's operations. Additionally, I maintained client relations, ensuring the success of various campaigns with unwavering integrity.
Presently, I'm leveraging my expertise in tutoring students from over 95 countries. Also a Quality and Guidance agent specializing in fraud detection and prevention, my responsibilities are diverse.
