Donc pour cela, en début de cours j’aime apprendre a le connaître et lui de son côté, il sent satisfait, car il ne verra pas cela comme un cours mais vraiment comme une aide de tuteur. Une fois la barrière brisé, je commence soit par un exercice d’application simple pour qu’il reprenne confiance en lui ou alors je lui explique le cours du moment pour qu’il puisse suivre en classe, ça aussi stimulera son estime de soi. Et c’est seulement après tout ça que je monte en difficulté, petit à petit, jusqu’au niveau attendu par le programme
