I have 2 years of teaching experience and an Advanced TEFL Diploma (420 hours, with specialisations in Business English, IELTS coaching, and Teaching Other Subjects in English such as Science, Geography and History). With a Marketing Management qualification, I have taught many staff over the years about customer service, sales and communication. Conversations: Classes with me are filled with a variety of topics, no lesson is the same! We will not do boring grammar and vocabulary exercises, but learn to have a conversation by practicing your speaking skills, and learning the grammar and vocabulary mistakes and corrections as you go. Students have so much fun in the class, it would be like speaking to a friend! IELTS preparation: Your stress about the IELTS exam will be relieved when doing classes with me! I have helped many people pass the exam. We will focus on the most important strategies and tools that will help you to pass, even if your English skills are not perfect. Every class is created according to your individual needs. Job interviews: I have also helped a countless number of people with job applications and interview preparation, and to successfully get jobs. We will practice the most common questions and answers, and I will give you feedback on areas of improvement, and areas where you do well. By the end of our time together, you will be ready to ace that job interview! I love interacting with new people & learning about new cultures. I was born in South Africa where many races live together, so cultural diversity means a lot to me. I also love learning, and in turn I love teaching what I know.
