I am an engineer and a certified English teacher (Trinity CertTESOL), and I have been an online Spanish teacher for more than a year now. I love to see people grow and achieve their goals. I find it very rewarding to be a part of that process. For me, knowing a foreign language is an empowering tool, and I want to help you master that tool so you can use it to accomplish your dreams and improve your quality of life.
I focus mainly on developing your conversational skills. That includes helping you incorporate vocabulary and working on your pronunciation but also helping you gain the confidence you need to speak effectively. I am aware that every person is different, so I will go at your pace, giving you the time you need, and trying to create a relaxing and engaging environment for you to practice and get exposed to the language.
I like to do interactive activities and use visual materials, and after each lesson, I will send them to you so you can look over them at any time. In our trial lesson, I would like to talk about your interests, your goals, and your motivation to learn the language. We will start practicing, and it will be a good opportunity to assess your skills, give you feedback, and discuss a plan that suits your learning style.
