About me

Have you realized that we have spent thousands of hours studying languages, and yet, we struggle to communicate in the target language? That's the reason why I use a different method in my lessons, the TPRS method (Teaching proficiency through Reading and Storytelling), a dynamic and pleasant method, which is backed up by multiple scientific researches and comparative studies, and which is based on the very same principles on which children acquire their mother-tongue language. Lessons will be completely adapted to your current level. They will be 100% immersion lessons in Spanish. Lessons are targeted to adults and children from 9-10 years old on. I have got experience as language teacher, both in Spain and in the UK, to children, teenagers and adults. I lived for more than 2 years in the UK, an experience that allowed me not only to significantly improve my English level, but also to realize how languages are really learnt and acquired, and that is through being in a 100% immersion environment and being continuously exposed to the language, and not through the conscious memorization and storing of grammar rules and vocabulary. I offer my first lesson completely for free, no commitments at all, so that you can see first hand and deeply how the method that we will use in the lessons works and its effectiveness.
