The class methodology I use is based on the interest and previous experience of the students. From basic to advanced levels of learning I understand teaching in a double direction: technical knowledge, through as many techniques of fine arts as the student is interested in, and the development of a personal look.
I have more than ten years of professional training (in a professional academy of Fine Arts, in a Higher Institute of Art, both in Cuba, in a Master in audiovisual archive and research in San Sebastian and in the Spanish Film Academy in Madrid, making a storyboard). I have 10 years of professional career as an artist that have led me to exhibit personally and collectively in cities such as Havana, Buenos Aires, Geneva, NY, Miami, Paris, Madrid, Vienna, among others.
My work as an artist is versatile. In my works I have used techniques such as graphite, watercolor pencil, watercolor, oil, laser engraving, organic materials and many other three-dimensional, audiovisual and experimental techniques. This allows me to offer a varied "palette" of options to the students and to work without technical restrictions for their integral development.
In addition to drawing and painting, I have taught the subject of Research Methodology. So I am able to accompany a student to present a work in a high level artistic competition and defend it at a higher academic level.
