My teaching method is based on relating the topic to be treated with the context in which it arose, possible links with reality and analogies in the different cultural expressions. It is a didactic teaching, where various resources are used to fix the contents, such as audiovisual materials or allegorical images that help to better understand the themes and problems. I personally believe that the best way to learn something new is to be able to relate it to something we already knew or to what we see on a daily basis. For this reason, movies, series and books are widely used resources in my classes. Art, cinema, music and every cultural manifestation is a reflection of a social message and, on many occasions, hides keys to understanding philosophical thought. In my opinion, the current task of philosophy is to recover contact with the reality in which we live. That is, to be able to re-link philosophical thought with the material and everyday. It is about, then, awakening a truly Practical Philosophy. This implies asking ourselves. Where is the philosophy in life? That is precisely what it is all about, bringing philosophy back to life and finding the glimpses of it in everyday life. Once we achieve this mission, the philosophy emerges everywhere.
