Hello and welcome! If your wish is to develop joint mobility and calm within yourself, you are in the right place :-). My classes are individualized to adapt to your morphology, your emotional and physical history in order to bring you well-being from the first time. My goal is to lead you towards well-being, harmony between your body and your mind. Trained in Ashtanga yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, prenatal, postnatal yoga for adults; baby yoga and neuro-atypical child yoga. I work in different paramedical and early childhood structures in order to participate in the good development of the child, and facilitate the integration of school learning. See you soon! Julie
