🪷 In the initial stages, we will delve into the practice of mindful observation of the body and sensations. You will learn to direct your attention to breathing, exploring how this initial connection with the body can act as an anchor to keep you present in the moment.
🪷 We will introduce more advanced techniques, focusing on Mindfulness of the mind. You will explore how to observe and understand your emotions and thoughts without identifying with them, allowing for greater mental clarity and a deeper connection with the present experience.
🪷 At advanced levels, we will deepen into mind-body contemplation, exploring the changing nature of mental states and bodily sensations.
🪷 We will practice meditation in four postures: sitting, standing, walking, and lying down.

🔅🔅🔅 ABOUT ME 🔅🔅🔅
My spiritual journeys have led me to live for 6 years in lands such as India, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, among others, studying and meditating under the guidance of great Buddhist masters from different lineages, accumulating over 4500 hours of formal meditation in intensive silent retreats (Sattipatana/Mindfulness/Vipassana).
With a deep connection to Buddhist meditative practices, my journey on the path of Mindfulness began in 2016 with the Tibetan Dzogchen tradition.
In 2020, I spent most of the pandemic year in a Tibetan tradition village in the Himalayas, sharing with monks and local inhabitants. That same year, my commitment deepened as I immersed myself in the Vipassana technique, guided by the venerable teacher S.N. Goenka. Throughout numerous 10-day silent courses, I explored the richness of mindfulness and self-observation through the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (Sattipathanas).
Since 2022, I have been practicing with teachers from the venerable Mahasi Sayadaw lineage and embraced this path full-time, immersed in theoretical learning through scriptures and practice in retreats and daily life.
The year 2023 marked a significant milestone as I participated in the Vassa, the rainy season retreat, in Myanmar. During this period, my wife and I meditated continuously for 4 months at the Panditarama Forest Monastery, completing a total of 7 months of silent retreat (Vipassana) in that same year.
In addition to mindfulness-based meditative practices, I trained at the Institute of Integrative Body Therapy (Espai TCI Barcelona) and studied and practiced advanced Thai Yoga Massage with the Nepali yogi master, Yakraj Rokaya.
Continuing with my life in Asia, I am excited to share this accumulated wisdom and guide you on your own journey towards a more harmonious, serene, and conscious life.
