About me

Hello! My name is Gonzalo, I am Mexican, I have a BA in English-Spanish translation and teaching, I am a Spanish native speaker and I have been teaching both English and Spanish for more than 6 years now. I have students from all levels and ages, I teach face to face and online, I am very friendly and I love meeting new people all around the world as well as sharing my knowledge with them. My method of teaching is based on what my students need and require. I love music and I play guitar in a rock band, we can talk about artists, bands, etc. I live travelling as well, going to new places, trying new dishes, etc. I try to give fun and interactive lessons, based on your goals and interests. I am very patient and I know learning a new language is not easy and mistakes are part of the process. I try to use almost every kind of topic and resources available (music, technology, culture, sports, politics, etc). Every student is different so I always look for the best way of learning for each student. Of course the main one is to use the language; most of my lessons are based on speaking and practising. You can tell me whatever you want to discuss and we can talk about that. Daily practice is an important part of learning and developing language skills and I will be more than happy to be your coach and guide during this journey. Looking forward to seeing you!
