Me motiva ayudar a los chicos a aprender de manera dinamica,creativa, escuchar sus dificultades, las metodologias varian dependiendo la necesidad del estudiante, se implementa material de apoyo, explicaciones de los temas, se resuelven preguntas, dudas ,clases dinamicas, quizizz para ir mejorando sus habilidades,videos que refuerzen los explicado. La idea es que cada uno pueda tener un avance en su desarrollo, no es el tiempo lo importante es que en cada seccion se aprenda alguno nuevo, me interesa mucho que el estudiante aprenda, que tenga dudas, se motiven a investigar, puedan opinar las cosas que se pueden mejorar para que la clase sea mas eficaz. Brindarles apoyo y confianza que puedan tener la libertad de preguntar todas sus dudas, motivación de que por muy dicifil que parezca todo tiene solución y para ello proporcionarles diversos metodos.
