My name is Esteban Rivera, I have more than 15 years of professional experience in Colombia and in Germany, where I lived for the last 9 years. I have worked in Film and TV in the area of special effects (VFX), animation and Motion Graphics. I love teaching and I can adapt to different learning rhythms. We can work on specific exercises or projects or learn the program and its possibilities, one by one. In my classes you will learn what tools After Effects gives you and how you can get the most out of it when making workflows with Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere.
With the possibilities that after effects gives us it is possible to make special effects in your own videos, insert 3D animations (if you are interested we can make an introductory course of 3D ;) ), handmade in real image, or make graphic compositions with 3D depth, depth of field and use of cameras within AE.
We can explore moving image concepts such as timing, composition, basic animation concepts among others, as well as solve basic doubts and terminology of digital media such as compression formats, frame-rate, file types and manipulation of vector image and bitmaps. For this reason it is necessary to explore other Adobe Suite programs during the course. If during the classes you discover that you are interested in exploring in depth other software such as Premiere or Illustrator, we can do that as well. Feel free to contact me and ask for my online portfolio so you can see my experience and the possibilities of this program. I look forward to seeing you!
