As a language specialist living in Asia over the past 10 years I have extensive experience of classroom teaching, online teaching and one-to-one online language consultancy. I work for an international mining company as a Strategic Planning and Innovation Director. I spend a lot of time preparing financial and commercial strategies, financial budgets and board meeting presentations. I have to make presentations in English on a regular basis and I've always had trouble finding an English teacher who has enough of an understanding to help me both with my English and the business side {all of the technical terminology}. Teacher Eddie is the only English teacher that I've found who can help with the very technical nature of the financial documents and he understands my requirements. He has a very detailed knowledge of business and he knows how to explain things to me. My understanding in business meetings has increased a lot and I have a new level of confidence when I go into business meetings.

Eddie is very professional and well organised and he's given me a great syllabus to work from so that I can make consistent improvements with my English. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?
