About me

Graduating from the G. Verdi Conservatory of Turin, prize-winner in 26 national and international competitions and of the talent Amadeus Factory 2019, offering piano lessons for all levels. Path: Concert pianist, student at the G. Verdi Conservatory of Turin with an average of 29.97 / 30, graduated from Cavour High School with 100/100, piano teacher and related musical disciplines (harmony, analysis, theory, solfege, music technologies, vocality and choir), lecturer in listening guide (monographic and comparative ermeneutical seminars). Methodology: Individual approach , characterized by the specific needs and objectives of the student. Learning and memorization techniques based on physical and sense processes; concentration, historically informed practice and interpretation of the message, emotional understanding. Implementation of techniques developed in Feldenkrais, Mental Coaching, Posturology and Mindfulness studies. Preparation for any certification exams, admissions, auditions, competitions.

David is a truly gifted piano teacher. I have only recently started working with him, but the impact was immediate. He quickly gave me pointers on technique and articulation, but his true value is elsewhere. David is a deeply musical person, with great technical, theoretical and historical knowledge. I am currently working on Bach's little prelude in C-minor and instantly David's erudition opened my eyes to structures and meaning in the music that I had never noticed before. It was like looking at the music anew. In a short period of time I learnt more than in months of regular classes with my previous teacher. David has helped me think more clearly about the music I play and my own rendition of it. Overall it is nothing short of enhancing my enjoyment of music itself. Most highly recommended

I can't put into words how thankful and lucky I feel to have found David to be my teacher! Lessons with David are incredible! He has deep musical knowledge and shows extreme professionalism when he was explaining on the musical details during class. His words trigger my imaginations, allowing me to view music from a whole new perspective. Yet, David is very approachable, fun, and he's extremely patient with me as I work through my weaknesses. We go deep into the musicality aspect and also work on the technical concerns. There are great takeaways from every lesson. I feel that I am making unbelievable progress since I started lessons with him! David is truly inspiring and he definitely has reignited my passion for music. Difficile scegliere un punto di partenza per descrivere ciò che David mi ha trasmesso. La mia esperienza parte senza pretese. Avvicinatomi alla musica classica ho sentito l'esigenza di un pianoforte e di un insegnante. Mi sono soffermato su David poiché ispirato dai vari premi vinti e dalle votazioni ai vari esami. È bastata qualche lezione per capire che i premi sono l'ultima cosa su cui soffermarsi. Si evince da subito che non è un insegnante qualunque, bensì una persona che ha un'empatia, conoscenza musicale, ed un intelletto non comune. Il mio percorso è stato tutto in salita da quando ho cominciato le lezioni, e sembra non esserci un limite per la crescita. Con me si è dimostrato interessato, preciso ed affabile. Se volete migliorare davvero avrete bisogno di persone del genere che vi seguano, e sono difficili da trovare. Sappiate però che il maestro non fa le cose al vostro posto, perciò dovrete darci dentro.Lui vi darà la giusta motivazione e le conoscenze di cui avrete bisog

Difficile riassumere le multidisciplinari competenze del Maestro. La profonda conoscenza musicale e dellod strumento, sono solo la punta di un grosso iceberg di capacità che lo rendono unico nel suo settore. Attento ascoltore capace di personalizzare il percorso alle caratteristiche dell'allievo, ha subito compreso le mie esigenze riuscendo a trasmettermi i fondamenti pratici e teorici con estrema facilità e professionalità, rendendo ogni lezione interessante ed originale. Sempre reperibile e disponibile, si è adattato alle mie necessità e mi ha aiutato a delineare e rispettare la rotta per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati, mantenendo sempre alta la motivazione ed il morale (difficile non divertirsi alle sue lezioni). Unico "effetto collaterale", doveroso da segnalare in questa sede, è che può causare una certa dipendenza, le sue lezioni sono come le patatine fritte, non vedi l’ora di addentare quella successiva. Esagerato o fazioso?! No, provare per credere e dare onore al merito.

10 e lode per il mio professore. Anche se molto giovane, David non è soltanto un bravissimo pianista, ma anche un bravissimo insegnante. Lui studia il metodo di apprendimento di ogni suo allievo e questo lo distingue dagli altri. Non bastano i tutorial, o qualcuno che sa suonare il pianoforte, come pensavo io e tanti altri come me, ci vuole qualcuno che ama il lavoro che fa e questo è David Irimescu
