Hello, my name is Arron. Besides teaching, I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams within services as a psychologist that provide care for adults with addiction and children with severe traumas. Outside of work-life, I adore music listening (experimental and ambient electronic music primarily) and production, reading classic books, watching classic movies from different countries, playing sports (squash, football and beach volleyball) and meeting with those who are open to showing their vulnerable side. My enduring vocation consists of encountering individuals excited to learn skills which have positive implications for themselves and those they encounter in the world. Being beside people who see within themselves progress and growth has yet to show any signs of diminishing returns. I’m excited to meet new people who are inquisitive about how they can affect others positively in a supportive manner. I have found through teaching others that each individual has acquired an upbringing based on a rare collection of social influences throughout their lives. I find helping each individual find their starting point as a basis to work from and build upon works well towards fostering an authentically positive and interactive learning environment. Deliberate practice of all the skills being learned is done through replicating real-world environment interactions. Feedback and reflection are key mechanisms used to generate next-step focus for each learner to ensure improvement is felt and experienced.
