Graduate in Arohan Yoga School in India 200YTT, my name is Anthonny, I started my personal process with Yoga 4 years ago, since then I have practiced it almost every day of my life, the change that the practice brought in my life is incredible, it made me understand my body , know it, discover it, listen to it, respect it, love it and explore it, flexibility was always very complicated for me due to other disciplines that I practiced in my life, but after a few good months of discipline I realized that it is never too late to gain flexibility, Body and mentally, learning to understand that we are different, changing and imperfect beings, helps me a lot with the flexibility of thought!
