I am an experienced ESL teacher with over 10 years of helping learners of all ages achieve their language goals. Based in Spain, I have had the privilege of teaching in various settings, from classrooms to online one-on-one lessons, working with students ranging from young learners and students preparing for exams and improving their communication skills, to professionals interviewing for their next job. In my classes, I focus on tailoring lessons to your unique needs and learning style. I offer two main types of lessons: The first is CONVERSATION PRACTICE 🗣️ We will work together to expand your vocabulary, polish your pronunciation, and build your confidence in speaking. These sessions are ideal for people who want to improve their communication skills, whether for travel, work, or social interactions. My approach is supportive and relaxed, allowing you to feel comfortable while practicing and refining your language skills. We can use real-life materials like: 🗞️current news and events 🎬video clips 🎶song lyrics or even any of the very popular Large Language Models (LLMs). These classes are available for those who are learning English and those who are learning Spanish. The second type of classes is focused on EXAM PREPARATION 📑 If you are working towards your Cambridge English Certification, I can guide you through the process. With extensive experience in preparing students for Cambridge English exams, I will help you develop the skills and strategies you need to succeed. Together, we can work on specific areas like: ✍️writing essays 📖 understanding grammar accuracy in those reading and use of English exercises 👂or improving your listening comprehension to ensure you feel confident and ready on exam day. Of course, we can also mix both types of classes to fit your needs. My goal is to create engaging and effective lessons that bring out the best in each student. Learning a new language is more than just acquiring skills—it’s about opening doors to new opportunities and building connections with people from different cultures.
