I'm Andy! I'm a filmmaker and film professor. I have taught courses and lectures related to filmmaking and film theory. I also am an award winning filmmaker and writer whose works have been screened at film festivals and published in magazines around the world. I take my experiences of teaching and art making into my tutoring sessions. Learning should be fun and inspiring. I believe in guiding and empowering the students to discover the answers themselves. I create discussion based and, if applicable, mutli-media sessions where authentic discussion is key and the the students interaction is an integral part of our time together. There is nothing like seeing students connect the artistic content they are interacting with in the classroom to their own lives outside the classroom. With my background in filmmaking I have a holistic and far ranging understanding of the arts. I am here whether you need support with editing a film, writing a film analysis, acting for a film, writing a film, and much more!
