Merhaba benim adım Yunus. Türkiye'de yaşıyorum ve ana dilim Türkçedir. Yaklaşık on yıldır yabancılara Türkçe öğretiyorum. İstanbul Üniversitesi'nden mezun oldum ve aynı alanda yüksek lisansımı tamamladım. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi ile ilgili birçok program ve seminere katıldım. İstanbul Üniversitesi tarafından verilen “Yabancı Dil Olarak Türkçe Öğretimi” sertifikam var. Temel dil becerileri, yazma, okuma, günlük dil, sınava hazırlık, telaffuz, konuşma vb. konularda size yardımcı olabilirim. Yurtdışına seyahat etmeyi, uluslararası arkadaşlar edinmeyi ve başka kültürler, diller, edebiyat, tarih ve sanat hakkında konuşmayı severim. Açık fikirli, enerjik, arkadaş canlısı ve pozitifim. Bir öğretmen olarak çok sabırlıyım. Derslerimi planlı ve programlı bir şekilde işliyorum. Bu yüzden önce Türkçe konusundaki eksikliklerinizi ve ihtiyaçlarınızı tespit ediyorum, ardından ihtiyaçlarınıza uygun bir yol haritası hazırlıyorum. Her seviyede ders veriyorum. Derslerimi aktif ve eğlenceli bir şekilde işliyorum. On yıllık tecrübemle dünyanın farklı kültürlerinden öğrencilerle çok zaman geçirdim, bu yüzden Türkçe için neye ihtiyaç duyduğunuzu biliyorum. Türkçe yolculuğunuzda size yardımcı olmak benim için büyük bir zevk olacak. Hedeflerinize ulaşmanızda size yardımcı olmak için elimden gelenin en iyisini yapacağımdan emin olun. Ayrıca diğer hocalardan farklı olarak Osmanlı Türkçesi uzmanıyım.Osmanlı Türkçesine ilginiz varsa veya geliştirmek istiyorsanız beraber bu yolda yürüyebiliriz. Derslerimde her öğrenci için farklı bir yöntem izliyorum. Genelde konuşmaya ve pratiğe odaklansam da diğer becerileri de ihmal etmiyorum. Çünkü dili bir bütün olarak öğrenmenin gerekli olduğuna inanıyorum. Öğrencinin derste aktif olması çok önemlidir. Derslerde mümkün olduğunca öğrencilerin sıkılmamasına özen gösteririm. Çünkü motivasyon hem öğretmen hem de öğrenci için hayati önem taşımaktadır. Derslerin sonunda kelime dağarcığı, konuşma, dilbilgisi ve anlama açısından çok ilerlediğinizi fark edeceksiniz. Daha da önemlisi, sadece dili öğrenmekle kalmayacak, aynı zamanda dili de edineceksiniz.

I am a responsible, diligent, and enthusiastic person. While I was student teaching, I had the opportunity to take a student aside to help him with a, particularly difficult language concept that he was having trouble understanding. When I was able to show him a different way to approach the problem, and he “got it,” I knew that I had chosen the right field! I know that many of the learners represent challenging backgrounds, but I feel that I could make a difference in their lives by working with them. I like both to teach and learn with others, to share my knowledge with them. My teaching style usually varies from The directing style to the discussion and delegating style. My teaching promotes learning through listening and following directions. With this style, I tell the students what to do, how to do it, and when it needs to be done. I impart information to the students via lectures, assigned readings, audio/visual presentations, demonstrations, role-playing, and other means. Students gain information primarily by listening, taking notes, doing role plays, and practicing what they are told to do. The discussion-style promotes learning through interaction. In this style, I encourage critical thinking and lively discussion by asking students to respond to challenging questions. My role is being a facilitator guiding the discussion to a logical conclusion. Students learn to have opinions and to back them up with facts and data.
